Corfu Town

Corfu Town is the capital of Corfu (Kerkyra) one of the most beautiful and elegant towns in Greece. It is the principal port of the island and one of the largest and most populated towns of the Ionian Islands.

Achilleion Palace

The beautiful Achilleion(Achillion) Palace sits 10 km south of the city of Corfu and three km north of the village of Benitses on the edge of Gastouri village.
It was built at 1890 by Empress Elizabeth of Austria.

Mouse Island (Pontikonisi)

Everybody knows the picturesque Mouse island or Pontikonisi as the locals call it, at the entrance of Gulf of Halikiopoulos, front of the airport runway, along with the neighboring Vlacherna.
It is the most characteristic landscape of Corfu.

Kaiser’s Throne

On the highest spot of Pelekas Village, on a huge cliff, there is a monument called Kaiser’s Throne, a name given from the German Emperor Wilhelm the Second, who used to observe Corfu’s natural beauty every time he wished to escape from his routine

Mon Repo Palace

 Mon Repos Palace is a neoclassical building at the east of Paleopolis, the Corfu ancient city. Built at 1830 by the British Commissioner Sir Frederick Adam at the beginning of the peninsula of Kanoni opposite the ruins of Paleopolis.

Mount Pantokrator

Mount Pantokrator is a mountain located in north-eastern Corfu. At 906 metres (2,972 ft), it is the highest mountain on the island. At the summit, the whole of Corfu can be seen, as well as Albania which lies a short distance from the island.
